8.0 expansion starting quests require

The mission to zandala/courtiras needs to complete the battle of lordaeron to be unlocked.

If you have completed the battle of lordaeron, you will need to go to ciliseus to find magni tonsu. The mission will be global, no matter where you are. If you don't get it, try leaving the area and re-enter, it should trigger.
If you haven't finished the battle of lordaeron, you'll need to head to your main city and take on the task of attacking/defending lordaeron.
