If you're skeptical, don't be. I'm like a lot of other people that haven't done cm's and need to knock out gold before the xpac. I ordered their self play on a Friday morning and wasn't able to actually get on the game till Wednesday. I was worried when they didn't reply to my email or skype messages at first but then I realized they are in china and their hours of operation are different than US( they are anywhere from 12-15 hours ahead depending on your time zone). Once they opened I got messages from everyone and sweet helped me schedule a run for 1pm their time ( midnight my time). You give her your btag and someone friends you in game. Then you're off! These guys are super pro, they don't even use voice. 6 runs took 2 hours and 1 run per cm. We finished several with multiple minutes left on the timer. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

I was constantly kept up to date on what was happening and you could tell that the people running my character did everything to maximize fast run times so that I could get back to playing as soon as possible! Even during a national holiday. Amo was, and will forever be my point of contact and I could ask for better customer service! Friendly, funny, reassuring, and just a pleasure! If you're on the fence, I recommend trying something small and cheaper first like the Gold Challenge Mode (plus you get a sweet mount and transmog gear!) I will definitely be using these people again!!!
